Admin Assistant Pay Structure & Responsibilities

As the Admin Manager of Maid Services, you will be responsible for the things outlined below, but also not limited to such parameters. Your role is to ensure efficiency and accuracy of all administrative tasks.

Compensation:
Your compensation will be based on experience and performance, thus the reason for the fluctuation of the base pay.

If you have 3 years of Administrative Management Experience, then your base pay will be $7/hr.
If you have 4-6 years of Administrative Management Experience, then your base pay will be $8/hr.
If you have 6-10 years of Administrative Management Experience, then your base pay will be $10/hr.
You will not receive 13th month your 1st year, but you will receive 13th month pay on your 2nd year and years after.
The more you learn, the more you will earn.

Responsibilities
You must complete your 4 Day VA training course before you start your 1st day of work..

Maintaining all our M.A.P.S. Folder organized for efficiency.

Making sure all payments are being made accurately to WNC Wash Pros

Generate Daily, Weekly & Monthly Sales Reports

Generate Marketing Reports

Order Supplies for our W2 Cleaners whenever needed from applicable vendors

Making sure all our cleaners are staying compliant with their company required documents, this to include both W2 Employees and our Contractors.

If a contractor’s insurance is getting ready to expire, we will need a new copy uploaded to their profile in MAPS.

Failure to maintain valid insurance will remove them from our provider program and no more bookings will be provided until proof of insurance has been updated and filed.

Interview New VA employees when needed, hire them and onboard them in their applicable position and ensure their success with WNC Wash Pros.

Ensure all contractors get paid, their invoices have been submitted to us, their documents are being filed properly and every company payment from us to them has a corresponding invoice inside their file. (MAPS)

When not busy, you will be helping out every VA in each department, to ensure the entire team is not getting behind.

Generate Weekly VA payroll reports and turn into WNC Wash Pros HQ Office Manager.

Monitor, Manage and Coordinate all PTO with WNC Wash Pros HQ Office Manager.

Complete all onboarding paperwork and setup of new VA’s.

Manage Slack Chats and communicate with VA’s if they have questions.

Work Directly With WNC Wash Pros HQ Office Manager.

Provide all necessary reports to HQ Office when needed.

Make sure all staff is going through their training.

Assist with any VA technical difficulty related issues and get resolved immediately.

Ensure all staff are using all the company related tools and software effectively.

Manage all VA time off request sheets and manage PTO balance sheets in Admin Manager Folder labeled “Employee Docs”.

Assist our customer success personnel with organizing, interviewing, hiring and Filing of all their 1099 Contracted documents, non w2 employees cleaners paperwork in applicable secure M.A.P.S. Folder under Contractor Docs.

Forward all Exterior Cleaning Facebook leads to HQ CSR Team .

Forward all Maid services Facebook leads to Inbound Maid Services CSR Reps.
