Reports To: HR & Admin Manager
ROLE:
The Admin Assistant will serve as the main point of contact in regards to Agency Accounts Billing and/or invoices.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Weekly invoice creation through Stripe
-Coordinating with the internal teams to ensure client needs are being met, and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
-Providing regular updates to clients on the amount of their weekly payments by sending invoices through stripe.
-Updating weekly agency accounts billing tracker
-Becoming the reliable point of contact for each client relation officers in regards to invoice creation.
-Other Admin Tasks

REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
-Proven experience in administerial tasks and
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Fluent English
-Strong understanding of client and market dynamics and requirements.
-Experience in managing and directing a team.
-Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously.
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other management tools.
-Demonstrated ability to grasp basic technical tasks using tools such as Slack.
-Knowledge of project management tools such as Gsheet, ClickUp, and Asana is desirable.
-Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
-Ability to work independently and within a team to reach common goals.
