Position Overview:
Vital Virtuals LLC is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft office, basic HR responsibilities, Social Media management and screening the VA applicant’s resumes.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Help with the recruitment process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and maintaining candidate databases.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing and distributing welcome kits
Provide support in employee matters, such as answering employee questions and troubleshooting.
Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements.
Participate in Recruitment and HR projects and initiatives as required.
Prepare payroll summary bi-weekly and submit to manager for review
Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Good understanding of MS Office Suite.
A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Ability to maintain workplace confidentiality and take ownership/accountability for own actions and aspects of the job.
