As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide vital support to various operational and administrative functions, ensuring the smooth functioning of our social media academy. Your ability to handle tasks efficiently, communicate effectively, and contribute positively to our collaborative work environment will be crucial in helping us achieve our mission of empowering individuals and businesses in the digital landscape.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support including scheduling zoom meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics.
Assist in organizing and executing events, workshops, and training sessions.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills.
Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation accurately.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and materials for internal and external use.
Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring a well-stocked and organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and seamless communication.
Perform general office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing office equipment.
Uphold a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Other admin responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar support role.
Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with social media platforms and online communication tools.
