About The Role

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle various administrative tasks, including but not limited to the following:

Key Responsibilities

– Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
– Assist in Recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
– Assist in basic financial tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring.
– Coordinate and support team projects and activities.
– Conduct research and gather information as needed.
– Provide general administrative support to the team or department.
– Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
– Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation when necessary.
– Perform other administrative duties and tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.

Skills And Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
– Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and the ability to adapt to new software and tools quickly.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
– Detail-oriented approach to tasks and a commitment to maintaining accuracy.
– Exceptional multitasking abilities and a willingness to take on various responsibilities.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to make informed decisions independently.
– Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a cooperative team player.
– Discretion and a high level of integrity when handling sensitive information.
– Previous experience in event coordination, travel booking, or basic financial tasks is desirable.
