We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team and provide comprehensive support in various areas including tech-support, calendar management, email correspondence, customer service, and light bookkeeping. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by handling diverse tasks efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities:

Tech-Support:

Provide technical assistance to team members and clients.
Troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
Offer guidance on utilizing digital tools effectively.

Calendar Management:

Organize and manage schedules for executives and team members.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and events efficiently.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of schedules.
Email Correspondence:

Manage and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
Filter and prioritize incoming emails.
Draft and compose emails on behalf of executives as needed.

Customer Service:

Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including email, chat, and phone.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Light Bookkeeping:

Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking.
Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in technology and software troubleshooting.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling tasks.
Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles (preferred).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
