Key Responsibilities:
• Organize cleaning bookings with customers and cleaners efficiently.
• Manage incoming calls from customers, providing assistance and addressing inquiries promptly.
• Make outbound sales calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote our services.
• Handle upset customers with empathy and professionalism, striving to resolve issues effectively.
• Manage last-minute cancellations by reorganizing schedules and communicating changes to relevant parties.
• Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement in business operations and contribute ideas for enhancing customer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our booking system.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Must be very organised, this role has a lot of moving parts and individual must be able to keep on top of everything in a busy schedule.
• Must manage your own time and allocate it appropriately, there will be quiet moments in the job where you’ll be expected to be growing our online presence and trying to find new clients.
Qualifications:
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.
• Proven experience in customer service or sales roles.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.
