I’m looking for a virtual assistant with an interest in website administration and social media marketing for a long-term position to provide general VA services, website administration (WordPress) and eventually run our Social Media.
I will help you develop as far and as fast as you want to go and pay you accordingly.
My business focuses on helping people through product and services recommendations based on their needs and their personality profile.
We are expanding quickly and I’m looking for someone to join our team in an entry level position to organise my schedule, and do administration tasks with our website and social media accounts.
Eventually I’m looking for this person to become my Operations Manager or Social Media account director depending on your interest and ability.
You will be my third Online Specialist and you will initially focus on general tasks for me, and doing administration tasks managing our website and setting up our Pinterest account.
I will:
1. let you manage your own time within normal business hours, based on Perth, Australia business hours
2. listen to your ideas and let you create opportunities,
3. pay you well and treat you with respect and
4. provide lots of additional training and course resources, as you develop and according to what you ask to learn.
This is a part-time position, 20 hours per week, and it will expand to full-time, 40 hours per week, as your tasks require it and probably within 3 months.
To qualify, you must:
1. have an established level of attention to detail,
2. have excellent English skills including writing and comprehension,
3. be willing to learn and grow as my business expands, and
4. be looking for a long-term opportunity which is initially part-time, 20 hours per week, but will become full-time, 40 hours per week, within 3-6 months.
5. be interested in assisting me personally, website administration and ocial media management.
Daily tasks will include:
• Website administration including formatting and publishing blog content,
• Setting up our Pinterest account and day to day management based on my instructions. Initially this will be routine Pin posting based on information provided but will expend into creation of Pins and account management based on successful delivery of initial tasks.
• General VA tasks including travel arrangements, task planning and management.
