Job Description

We are looking for a flexible, enthusiastic and proficient Admin Assistant to join our fast growing Business Development Company who is great at The tech and the digital platforms we use. We specifically work with tradies (roofers, decking and pergola builders, residential construction etc) to help them grow their business.

The Deliverables are:
-Manage social media content distribution
-Complete student enrollment process and update information in trackers and our CRM (We use Google docs, sheets, trello)
-Make sure Google drive stays clean and organised
-invite targeted business owners to our Facebook groups
-Post in Facebook weekly on our behalf in our facebook groups
-Create graphics on Canva occasionally
-Transfer data from Facebook into an Excel spreadsheet
-Transcribe audio content on occasions
-Have the ability to call/email/message leads if we ask you to

Terry Worsfold, owner and founder of 20XX Digital is an Australian entrepreneur, sales and marketing professional in the process of building and scaling his advertising agency. We work with tradesmen specifically, and help them generate more leads via Social Media Advertising, Search (Google), Video (Youtube) etc

The Opportunity
The Admin Assistant will responsible for helping with marketing for 20XX Digital; maintaining the website, e-marketing and social media and performing administration work.

Roles & Responsibilities
Creation of e-flyers and editing images.
Distribute the social media content/posts manually across all platforms such as Facebook (including different facebook groups), Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and any other relevant social media channels as needed.
Make sure Google drive stays clean and organised
Using ‘Canva’ to produce to edit images with Text
Generate and collate information about our students and produce spreadsheets of data in salesforce.
Invite people to the facebook groups we set up.
Transcribe audio content on occasions
Administrative or other Ad hoc support to assist with the efficient
running of the company, as and when required.
Produce graphic images on ‘Canva’
Update things on the website when needed.
