Position: Admin Assistant
Location: Remote – Philippines
Working Hours: UK GMT 3 PM – 12 AM (9-hour shift), Monday to Friday, and 8:30 AM – 6 PM, Sunday (6 days a week)
Salary: PHP 20,000 – 25,000 per month, depending on experience

Job Summary

As an Admin Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing administrative support to our healthcare offices in London. If you are a proactive individual with excellent communication skills in written and verbal English, this job is for you. We are looking for someone who values work stability and is eager to grow their career with us, rather than viewing this as a short-term position.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, emails, and chat support.
Schedule appointments, answer queries, and manage patient data.
Coordinate with the UK team to ensure seamless administrative support.
Compile, verify, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry.
Manage patient records and maintain data integrity.
Contribute to team efforts to meet and exceed company targets and objectives.
Requirements

Excellent command of written and verbal English.
Prior experience in customer service and/or administrative roles is a plus.
Basic knowledge of healthcare industry terminology is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
