Job Description

Hey everyone, I’ve been working for an awesome family-owned online marketing company out of the United States for over a year and we are currently hiring for an entry-level Admin Assistant who has content writing experience. You would be working closely with the owner and helping her run the day-to-day business tasks. She is such a great client to work for. Great work environment! Your primary goal is to keep the team on task and things moving along smoothly. You will need to proofread/rewrite content that team members submit. So being able to work well with others and being able to multitask is a must for this position.
It starts as a part-time job and then evolves into a full-time position.

JOB DETAILS
– Work From Home
– We will provide ALL of the training.
– 20 Hours a week (part time) for the first few weeks to see if it will be a good long term fit and then it will turn into a full time 40 hours a week job.
– Schedule: Monday – Friday 11-3pm MST (while part time) and 10-6pm MST (when full time)
– Payment via Wise – Weekly to start and then twice a month
– Opportunity for raises and bonuses based on performance. As we grow, you grow!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assigning tasks to team members
• Proofreading/Rewriting Articles that team members submit
• Managing the team so they meet deadlines
• Using Google Docs & Google Sheets
• Data Entry and Research
• Confirming client appointments and details (Level 2 English required)
• Handling client accounts via email, crm software, and google sheets
• Generate weekly sales reports
• Misc office tasks

• Can catch other people’s mistakes
• Has conversational English (Level 2 English)
• Can speak, read, and write in English
• A good computer with Fast Internet
• Is wanting to be on our team long term
