Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. As a Virtual Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and enhancing our client service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide General Administrative Support:

Send engagement letters
Organize our client management platform and client lists
Schedule appointments for accountants
Create Documents and Manage Training Platforms:

2. Use Google Classroom and Go High Level Platform to create and upload training materials for internal training purposes (e.g., create SOPs using our video recordings, edit videos for internal training)

3. Organize our platforms to ensure materials are stored in the appropriate locations

4. Improve Processes:

Troubleshoot software and improve processes and systems
Document processes using our SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) templates
Utilize Zapier to streamline and automate processes

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role, preferably in the accounting or financial sector
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
