Job Description

We are in search of a proactive and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at our logistics company, specializing as a 3PL for eComm brands. Your primary role will be to facilitate the seamless operation of our office by handling administrative and clerical tasks that aid in the smooth running of our daily operations.

Responsibilities:
– Assist in scheduling calls and meetings, ensuring all necessary parties are informed and prepared.
– Efficiently sort and organize emails to streamline communication processes within the company.
– Maintain and update our Notion system with the latest data and information.
– Utilize Google Sheets and Google Docs to create, edit, and update reports, aiding in efficiently tracking and analyzing various business aspects.
– Collaborate with different departments internally to ensure the smooth flow of information and tasks.
– Assist in preparing and coordinating internal documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
– Be the go-to person for organizing and maintaining digital files, ensuring easy access and retrieval when needed.
– Regularly update and maintain communication with various internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
– Assist in posting job openings on various platforms to attract the right talent to our company.
– Do data enty or research when needed
– Attend meetings and take notes

**We are happy to train and will provide SOPs/Looms/Tangos for you. You don’t need a lot of prior experience if you’re eager to learn and self-motivated.**

Requirements:
– MUST WORK US HOURS – 9 AM TO 5 PM CST
– Excellent English Communication Skills.
– At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role or similar
– Quick learner with the ability to swiftly adapt to new tools and technologies.
– Comfortable using tech platforms like Google Sheets, Google Docs, Slack, and Notion.
– A proactive attitude, ready to take initiative and be a go-getter in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:
A flexible work schedule (~40 hours a week) with a competitive monthly salary commensurate with the candidate’s experience and skills. Additional performance-based bonuses will be awarded monthly. The exact salary will be determined based on the candidate’s work experience. We are quick to promote and increase pay within a few weeks or months based on work/fit/experience.
