Position Available: Full time Virtual Assistant for Canadian Company
Location: Mountain Time (Alberta)
Working Hours: 6 AM to 2 PM
Core Responsibilities:
1. Offer extensive administrative assistance to our legal team, including schedule management, meeting coordination, and correspondence handling.
2. Securely maintain and meticulously organize legal documents and case files, ensuring confidentiality and precision.
3. Create and refine legal documents and correspondence, guaranteeing their accuracy and compliance with legal standards and our firm’s policies.
4. Manage sensitive legal information with utmost discretion and ethical integrity.
5. Organize and oversee the logistics for client meetings and other critical appointments.
6. Aid in the creation of legal presentations and reports, with a focus on detailed accuracy.
7. Professionally engage with clients and various stakeholders.
8. Conduct general office tasks, such as digital filing and handling of inbound and outbound mail.
9. Respond to phone and email queries, offering prompt and precise information.
10. Execute client follow-ups and onboarding calls.
11. Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Necessary Skills and Experience:
1. Demonstrable background as an Administrative Assistant, legal industry experience preferred.
2. Outstanding attention to detail and a dedication to task accuracy.
3. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, capable of effectively prioritizing tasks.
4. Strong skills in both written and oral communication.
5. High degree of professionalism and confidentiality, with an understanding of the sensitive nature of legal work.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with legal management software.
7. Able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic setting.
