We are a ‘young’ project, just getting off the ground. As such you will be providing important data to enable the development of the company.

Starting with us at ground level leaves plenty of scope for developing and enhancing the skills you provide.

As the company business develops and as your role and skills develop with it there will be room for promotion/extra hours.

THE ROLE WE ARE HIRING FOR

– Identify viable suburbs in the Coventry and Leamington Spa areas. This is important because not all areas are suitable for the type of accommodation we are setting up

– Within viable suburbs, identify current rental opportunities – properties meeting given specifications appropriate to our purposes.

– Routinely and regularly review the changing lettings offerings in the chosen areas.

There will be scope for developing the role to include more admin-based work as the program develops. This would involve liaising with guests as they come and go and attending to social media. Developments in this direction would be negotiated as the need arises, and further training and support would be provided. Additional or changed hours would be negotiated.

We are looking to develop the use of Virtual Assistance, in conjunction with AI, as an approach to the future of the rental market, seeking to automate as much of the process as possible without losing the human values inherent in dealing with people.

PAY AND HOURS

The starting rate for this role will be $4 per hour during the probationary period rising to $5.5 per hour subject to satisfactory performance.
The rate will be reviewed annually in any case.

– This position is available from 27th of November
– This is a long-term position

Provisional Schedule (negotiable): Initially core fixed hours can be negotiated with the remainder being flexible. Core hour periods should not be less than two hours in length and other work periods not less than an hour at a time.
We will reserve a fixed time to virtually ‘meet’ to maintain contact and direction.

You will be available for: 12 hours a week, 8 hours are guaranteed weekly.
We will pay you weekly.
