Your mission, should you chose to accept it, is to keep our team on track and our operations running like a well-oiled machine. Your knack for multitasking and your ability to collaborate seamlessly with others will be your secret weapons in this role.

JOB DETAILS
– Work From Home
– We will provide ALL of the training.
– 20 Hours a week (part time) for the first few weeks to see if it will be a good long term fit and then it will turn into a full time 40 hours a week job.
– Schedule: Monday – Friday 11-3pm MST (while part time) and 10-6pm MST (when full time)
– Payment via Wise – Weekly to start and then twice a month
– Opportunity for raises and bonuses based on performance. As we grow, you grow!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assigning tasks to team members
• Managing the team so they meet deadlines
• Using Google Docs & Gogle Sheets
• Data Entry and Research
• Confirming client appointments and details (Level 2 English required)
• Handling client accounts via email, crm software, and Google Sheets
• Generate weekly sales reports
• Misc office tasks
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
• A positive attitude
• Is very DETAIL ORIENTED and HIGHLY organized
• Is able to lead and manage team members
• Is a quick learner
• Can multitask and work efficiently independently
• Can catch other people’s mistakes
• Has conversational English (Level 2 English)
• Can speak, read, and write in English
• A good computer with Fast Internet
• Is wanting to be on our team long term
