Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for numbers and a passion for organization? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Admin and Bookkeeper. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our financial records and providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our company.

Responsibilities:

-Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing clients, processing payments, and reconciling accounts.
-Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.
-Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
-Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
-Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely payment of invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
-Other administration, finance related tasks as required

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role, with strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Google Workspace.
Knowledge of basic HR procedures is a plus.
