The Admin Client Success Manager is responsible for ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support. This role involves managing client relationships, addressing client needs, and working closely with internal teams of Admin Virtual Assistants to deliver solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and broad knowledge of US Real Estate, excellent communication and comprehension skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

– Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and challenges.
– Coordinate with internal teams of Admin VAs to deliver solutions and services that meet client expectations.
– Monitor client accounts to ensure they are receiving the support and services they require.
– Provide training and support to clients on our products and services.
– Manage client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition to our services.
– Identify opportunities for account growth and work with clients to implement new solutions.
– Address and resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner.
– Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
– Ability to conduct coaching sessions to Admin Virtual Assistants for improvement and develop action plans

Qualifications:

– At least 1-year experience as Admin Client Success Manager for US Real Estate campaign handling Admin Virtual Assistants/GVA
– Strictly at least 1-year experience as Admin VA for US Real Estate
– Has broad knowledge and understanding of the US Real Estate Cycle
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
– Ability to handle and support Admin Virtual Assistants
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite and Admin tools for Real Estate campaign
– A proactive approach to managing client relationships and resolving issues.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
