Job Description

We are a US-based small business providing learning and development programs and services to leaders and professional coaches worldwide. This includes on-demand courses, group mentoring, and individual coaching.

We are hiring a part-time assistant to provide live administrative support to the company owner in developing, marketing, and delivering online learning programs and services. This is a permanent employment position, not a freelance opportunity.

Logistics
• Hours: 20 hours per week (negotiable)
• Days: Monday – Thursday (non-negotiable)
• Time: Shifts can be anytime during the following range: 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM PHT. (non-negotiable)
• Compensation: USD $6 per hour (non-negotiable).

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborates closely with the company owner to create, launch, and manage online learning programs, including courses, landing pages, and various marketing activities.
• Supports student success through tracking progress, communicating with students, and problem-solving to optimize student satisfaction.
• Supports employer in developing content, including PowerPoint slides, images, and documents.
• Organizes and maintains content library using file share platforms like Microsoft One Drive and Vimeo.
• Manages Facebook and LinkedIn accounts, including identifying and sending connection requests to prospective students, posting content, and running Facebook Ads.
• Manages projects for course development, social media marketing initiatives, and outreach to prospective students and clients.
• Performs various ad-hoc administrative duties such as transcribing dictated notes, completing forms, organizing data, and creating reports.

Required Experience
• Being an administrative or executive assistant in an online environment
• Performing routine social media marketing activities

Preferred Experience
• Online education or training
• Social media marketing

Technology Experience/Aptitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneDrive)
• Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, etc.)
• Experience using Facebook and LinkedIn for business purposes
• Ability to quickly learn and use software programs for activities to manage online courses, create graphics, etc.

Technology Requirements
• Computer capable of performing various business functions simultaneously
• High-quality webcam and microphone for video conferencing
• Broadband internet connection
