Intern – Note Taking and Administrative Support
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Intern to join our team and provide support with note-taking, administrative tasks, and various other assignments. The main responsibilities of this role will involve documenting essential information during calls in our CRM system, assisting with text and email communications, conducting web research, and maintaining a database in Google Sheets. This position is remote, and the intern will remotely access the supervisor’s computer to carry out the tasks.
Responsibilities:
1. Note Taking: During calls made by the supervisor, the intern will attentively listen and accurately record important details, action items, and follow-ups in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
2. Communication Support: The intern will be responsible for sending texts and emails on behalf of the supervisor, maintaining clear and professional communication with clients, customers, and team members.
3. Web Research: Conduct research on various topics as assigned by the supervisor and use the gathered information to build and update databases in Google Sheets or other suitable tools.
4. Administrative Assistance: The intern may be required to handle minor administrative tasks, such as organizing files, managing schedules, and assisting with other routine office duties.
5. Social Media Tasks: Assist in managing and updating social media profiles, engaging with the audience, and creating content, as needed.
Requirements:
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to capture accurate information during calls.
– Basic knowledge of Google Suite, and other office applications.
– Proficiency in conducting online research and data entry in Google Sheets.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
– Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
– Familiarity with social media platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
Schedule and Compensation:
– Start Date: Monday, July 2023
– Working Hours: Between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM CST
– Availability for Interviews: Upcoming Saturday or Sunday
– Compensation: 50 Pesos per hour
