We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Administrative Manager to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional organizational skills, and have a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, then this role is perfect for you. As an Administrative Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the efficient functioning of various processes.

Responsibilities:
? Gather information from guests to create titles, descriptions, and YouTube thumbnails for our weekly podcast
? Upload podcast recordings to platforms such as Apple Music and Spotify, including all relevant information
? Create marketing for new properties within the dispositions team
? Handle and filter candidates prior to sharing information with the hiring manager
? Manage calendars efficiently
? Handle travel arrangements
? Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members
? Create professional email accounts and corresponding tools
? Organize and schedule Zoom meetings
? Provide assistance to the team in resolving any issues
? Proficiency in creating automation within CRM systems
? Support the CEO and COO in various tasks and requests
? Schedule interviews
? Create, update, or remove properties from the website
? Edit job descriptions
? Create property images for Google Drive
? Manage recruitment platforms
? Create a second podcast for company owners.
? Submit and manage support tickets (If necessary)
? Etc

Qualifications:
? Advanced English level
? Recruitment experience highly preferred
? Previous experience in administrative management or VA roles
? Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
? Proficiency in CRM systems
? Ability to work effectively in a team environment
? Exceptional problem-solving skills
? Strong attention to detail
? Excellent communication skills
? Prior experience in handling travel arrangements
? Familiarity with podcasting platforms and publishing processes
? Proficiency in Google Drive and Google Suites
? Proficiency in recruitment websites
? Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
