The Role:

As an Admin / Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team by managing various administrative tasks and assisting in the seamless execution of property purchases. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders will be critical to the success and growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Efficient diary management and travel arrangements for team members.
• Overseeing new property purchases from inception to completion, including managing contracts with clients and builders.
• Proactively engaging with new client leads to conduct follow-ups to nurture relationships.
• Facilitating client needs such as property management, insurance, and scheduling inspections.
• Compiling data for client presentations.
• Assisting in due diligence processes for potential property acquisitions and sourcing properties for the team.
• Conducting property inspections virtually for the wider team.
• Drafting presentations, documents, and marketing materials to support business initiatives.
• Maintenance and management of CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.
• General office management, including administrative tasks and filing.
• Building and maintaining relationships with service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
• Promptly responding to client inquiries via various communication channels.
• Managing company social media presence and assisting in content creation.
• Maintaining the company website
• Assisting with projects aimed at driving productivity and efficiency within the team.
• Undertaking ad hoc daily tasks as required to support team operations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• All client enquiries are responded to within 2 business days.
• 1 new post across all social media platforms per week.
• Maintenance of the company website with up-to-date information within 2 business days.

Skills required:

• Must be highly analytical with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
