Job Description

Our client is a distinguished used car dealership based in Burlington, Ontario, renowned for its diverse inventory of pre-owned vehicles and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. They prioritize trust, transparency, and exceeding customer expectations in every aspect of their business.

They are currently seeking a dynamic Admin / Marketing Virtual Assistant to support their online presence and sales initiatives. The role involves data management, lead handling, content creation, and executive support. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, highly organized, and excels in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

? Efficiently manage and update spreadsheets with listings on various sites.
? Perform data analytics to track performance and trends.
? Handle lead inquiries, particularly from Facebook, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
? Coordinate with the Business Development Representative (BDR) and forward relevant leads.
? Act as an executive assistant managing tasks such as Chamber of Commerce meetings, BNI one-on-one sessions, and overall calendar management.
? Edit photos and videos for vehicle listings and social media platforms to enhance online visibility and engagement.
? Conduct customer follow-ups and maintain engagement through automated communication channels, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
? Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless operations and reporting.

Skills and Competencies:

? At least 4 years prior experience in virtual assistance or administrative roles is preferred.
? Proficiency in Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets.
? Experience with inventory management systems, especially those specific to auto dealers.
? Familiarity with Facebook for managing leads and inquiries.
? Knowledge of Autotrader, including its analytics features.
? Exceptional ability to organize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of accuracy in all work.
? Capacity to identify and solve problems efficiently and creatively, especially in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
? Basic project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing projects effectively.
? Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Exceptional multitasking abilities and effective time management skills.

Additional Info:

? Permanent work-from-home, remote role offer
? Starts part-time, 5 to 10 hours per week with a possibility to increase hours leading to more hours
? Must be available to work starting at 9:00 am EST onwards (night shift/ 9:00 or 10:00 pm PH)
? Must have complete home equipment setup (desktop/laptop, headset, internet connection, and webcam)
? Has home internet speed of at least 15-20 Mbps
