Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Ecommerce Inventory Listing Administrator. This role will primarily involve managing and optimizing product listings on our ecommerce platforms, with a strong emphasis on using Excel for data analysis and organization. If you have a passion for ecommerce, experience with Excel, and a keen eye for accuracy, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings on various ecommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify).
• Monitor stock levels and update listings accordingly.
• Create new product listings, including detailed descriptions and images
2. Data Analysis:
• Use Excel to track sales, inventory levels, and pricing.
• Analyze sales trends and provide insights to optimize listings.
• Generate reports to assist in decision-making.
3. Content Optimization:
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images for improved visibility and conversion rates.
• Conduct keyword research to enhance search visibility.
4. Price Monitoring:
• Monitor competitive pricing and adjust prices as needed.
• Implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in ecommerce inventory management and listing optimization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with popular ecommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, Shopify, WordPress) is a plus.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE TO QUALIFY:
12-24 months experience:
-Customer Service
-Calendar Management
-Management or Office Assistant/Admin Work

Schedule and Holidays:
-Full-Time: Monday – Friday
-Hours: (Flexible) Eastern Standard Time
Holidays: We honor most Filipino Holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day
