Key Responsibilities:
* Execute administrative tasks related to compliance, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and policies.
* Manage and oversee the compliance of documents within the administrative framework, maintaining accuracy and completeness.
* Handle payroll duties, including the timely and accurate processing of employee salaries, deductions, and related transactions.
* Undertake accounting duties, such as bookkeeping, reconciling financial records, and preparing financial reports.
* Oversee hiring duties, participating in recruitment processes, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding procedures.
* Collaborate with the administrative team to identify and implement improvements in processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years proven experience in administrative roles, showcasing expertise in compliance, document management, payroll, accounting, and hiring processes.
* Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and policies governing administrative and HR functions.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions, bookkeeping, and report preparation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team.
* Must have a quiet and conducive work environment, closely resembling a professional office setup, free from any distracting noises.
