I am the owner of a real estate marketing company in Utah, USA. We mainly do photo and video shoots for real estate agents, and provide the visual media for the homes they sell.
I am looking to fill a few roles, but primarily a role of running our admin tasks, customer service and operations. This would involve managing our phone lines, text messages, other messaging platforms (insta, FB, etc), and company email. Clients typically will call, text or email with questions about services, wanting to book appointments, requests for their existing appointments, and also to have revisions done to the media we provided for them. This role would also require you to take those requests and solve the problems for the client. You would then need to communicate with our editing team (also VAs) to get the revisions done correctly, make sure its done correctly and then upload these things into our systems to get this to our clients in a timely manner.
Is this role something you would be interested in? We currently have several full time Filipino VAs, and you would primarily be working with them. This role would be needed during Utah, USA hours, starting around 10am-12pm and lasting until 6-7pm. 30-60min break in the middle. Longer hours are possible if wanted, lots of work to be done here.
