THE ROLE WE ARE HIRING FOR

Your initial roles will surround the acquisition and management of sustainable rental properties, but your role may evolve into other areas as required. Initially your role will focus on the following:

– As a valued member of our team, you’ll play a vital role in sourcing properties & land in the UK to purchase and also properties and land to rent from landlords, as well as the ongoing management of those properties and land. Your contribution will enable us to create extraordinary spaces and experiences for our tenants. Your behind-the-scenes efforts will ensure that our tenants feel a true sense of being looked after.

– Working closely with our small team, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the improvement of our products and services while upholding the values of teamwork and respect for others. Collaborating harmoniously with fellow team members to implement a number of tasks, you’ll proactively address challenges, help to improve our systems and processes by finding meaningful solutions.

THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS ROLE

This role is key to the success of our property businesses. You will be increasing efficiency across many areas of our business by searching opportunities and creating our various operations manuals and improving our processes.

Your tasks will initially be: Finding properties and land for our company to purchase or rent using a series of search tools and premade spreadsheets. Create Operational Manuals, perform recurring admin tasks, property management tasks, attending weekly team meetings, recurring marketing tasks, undertaking training and professional development.

PAY AND HOURS

The starting rate for this role will be between: Initial Salary during probation period: $4 USD per hour.
After 3 Months: $5.5 USD per hour.

This position is available from 1st August 2023

This is a Long-term position

Provisional Schedule (negotiable): Preferred working hours would be typical working hours in that country’s time zone (including a 1 hour unpaid lunch break).

Our preference for the Philippines is:
10am Philippines time to 6pm Philippines time, Monday to Friday.
(01:00 GMT – 10:00 GMT)
(02:00 BST – 11:00 BST)

You will be available for at least: 35 hours (7 hours a day, 5 days a week)
We will pay you weekly
We offer one day’s paid leave for every 80 hours worked. This covers holiday/sick and public-holidays.
After completing the 3 month probation period our long-term staff will receive other benefits – to be discussed at interview.
