We have had particularly solid growth over the past 12-18 months and are now looking to grow our operations team for the long term. The right candidate will share in the opportunity and income that our business has developed over the past 12 years, right from the word go!
We are raising the bar in the Australian solar industry. Better customer experience, better employment, better processes.
We are now looking for an offshore person to assist our operations team in Australia.

The role:
This is a dream sales role for a driven administration professional. If you are motivated to work hard, progress and develop your character come and talk to us!
• The role will be supporting our existing operations team in various administration / office management duties.
• Communicating with sub-contractors and customers to ensure post installation workflow runs smoothly. This includes sending out invoices and post installation job packs in a timely manner.
• Preparing, submitting and finalising online solar rebate paperwork in a timely manner.
• Using Xero accounting software to create invoices, upload bills and other accounting related tasks.
• Updating online portals with information from solar installations, product warranty details and other associated information.
• Communicating with suppliers and updating stock information for ordering purposes.

You’ll be working remotely but communicating every day with our friendly and helpful office-based staff.
The right person:

• You have excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• You have good computer skills and are capable of using Microsoft programs as well as online software such as Xero accounting software.
• You are passionate about working hard and making sure you do your best for our customers and the rest of our staff.
• You are looking for a full-time position and a long-term role with a great company.
• You are punctual, reliable and communicate well.
