Job Description

I am looking for a flexible, enthusiastic and proficient Admin & Social media Assistant to join our fast growing Coaching Company who is great at The tech and the digital platforms I use. I specifically work with women entrepreneurs to help them remove self doubt, step into confidence and earn more money

The Deliverables are:
-Manage social media content distribution (copy posts across Facebook, instagram, Linkedin, youtube and tiktok)
– Send emails in active campaign
-Make sure Google drive stays clean and organized
-Invite people to my Facebook group
-Copy Posts I write and post on Facebook, Instagram & Linkedin daily
-Create & edit graphics on Canva
– Make PDF’s, ebooks etc on Canva
-Transfer data from the chat sequencing you do into an Excel spreadsheet and Trello
-Transcribe audio content on occasions
-Have the ability to call students if I ask you to

I help women entrepreneurs release the limiting beliefs and blocks that are holding them back. I also support women to start high ticket affiliate marketing businesses. I also help my clients earn more money through their established businesses as well as helping them add extra income streams online.

The Opportunity
The Social media & Admin Assistant will be responsible for helping with marketing for Sheree by doing different social media tasks and performing administration work. You must be able to do a minimum of 20 hours a week and have the capacity to go full time. I will start you at 5-10 hours per week of work and ramp up from there.

Roles & Responsibilities
Content Management for the company. This includes doing regular website updates; copying posts across the different social media platforms such as Facebook (including different facebook groups), Instagram, LinkedIn and any other relevant social media channels.
Growing our following on the different platforms and messaging people.
Management of sending emails to our database.
Creation of e-flyers, social media posts and editing images on Canva.
Transfer the data of new leads from social media and put into excel spreadsheet and/or trello board
Keeping track of all actions in an excel sheet and trello.
Make sure Google drive stays clean and organized
Using ‘Canva’ to produce and edit images with Text and Produce graphic images on ‘Canva’.
Invite people to our facebook group.
Transcribe audio content on occasions
Administrative or other Ad hoc support to assist with the efficient
running of the company, as and when required.
Update things on the website

Specific tasks
1. Copying posts from one social media platform to other social media platforms (e.g. to facebook, linkedin , instagram, youtube, tik tok).
2. Adding new facebook friends on a facebook personal page
3. Following new accounts on instagram
4. Finding people on LinkedIn and adding new connections on Linkedin
5. Message sequencing people on Facebook
6. Message sequencing people on Instagram
7. Message sequencing people on LinkedIn
8. Using excel sheets
9. Creating formulas on excel sheets
10. Using a trello board and creating tasks, setting deadlines and updating trello cards with all the details that it allows.
11. Ability to use active campaign
12. Create & edit photos on canva
13. Create pDF’s, ebooks and other collateral on Canva
