We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to join our team as an Administrative Specialist / Social Media / Graphic Design / Marketer. This position requires a unique combination of administrative, social media marketing, graphic design, and marketing skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a creative mindset, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Assist with general office tasks, such as organizing files, maintaining records, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as required.
Social Media Marketing:

Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement across various platforms.
Create and curate compelling content for social media channels, including written posts, images, videos, and infographics.
Monitor social media trends, identify opportunities for growth, and implement effective campaigns.
Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a positive brand image.
Graphic Design:

Design visually appealing and effective graphics for social media posts, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
Utilize graphic design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva to create high-quality designs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with brand guidelines.
Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
Marketing:

Assist with developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products, services, or events.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive analysis.
Support affiliate marketing efforts by managing partnerships, tracking performance, and optimizing campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing initiatives and ensure timely execution.
Other Requirements:

Familiarity with ChatGPT and Midjourney platforms, with the ability to leverage AI technologies to enhance marketing efforts.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to social media, graphic design, and marketing.
Proactively contribute innovative ideas and suggestions to improve marketing strategies and processes.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in social media marketing, graphic design, and/or digital marketing.
Proficient in graphic design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, their features, and best practices for engagement.
Knowledge of affiliate marketing principles and experience managing affiliate partnerships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly creative with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
