Role
This position will be responsible for supporting the Executive Team including with our product, marketing, and content projects. This position will also handle most admin tasks.
As an Admin Assistant, you are responsible for helping manage the systems of our organization and assisting with building up a motivated team of True Believers that will help us achieve our company goals. You are also responsible for helping with the implementation of our cadence, targeted interactions, and operational systems.
Responsibilities
Assist With Business Management
Client-centric mission – reinforce the client-centric mission with our team so that we make certain that we are moving towards our long-term outcomes
Company tenets – work with the team to reinforce the company tenets so that they are used in decision-making in all departments
Review CEO Metrics
Recruiting and retention – recruit game-changing team members and put in place operational systems that ensure they stay with us for the long term
Assist the creation, implementation, and support for all HR policies, processes, and documentation
Fact Checking and Business Development
Company Cadence – understand that cadence, start to finish, and execute targeted interactions with our team and with individual departments as needed throughout the year
Team Management
Apply company systems throughout our organization and reinforce transformational leadership in our organization and create systems so every person knows what their outcomes are, what they are accountable for and what their scoreboard is (outcome, accountability, and transparency)
Drive Team to get results
Manage the relationship with accounting company to ensure that we continue to have up-to-date and accurate bookkeeping.
Ensure all clients are delivered KPIs each month,
Dealing with Contractors and Strategic Relationships
Saying No to Clients, Meetings, Partnerships, Expenses
Time Study and Report Evaluation
Project Management
Drive and manage the tactical delivery of ongoing projects in the company deliverables for all company initiatives and report back to the CEO and team
Project handoffs; once created, facilitating the implementation and management of said projects
Task Creation and Delegation from 30 and 90 days
Calendar Management
Finding minimum effective dose for desired result
Project Management and Project Planning and Creation

CEO Business and Personal Preferences documentation
Preferences, Thinking, Personality, Triggers, Opinion, Thought-Process, Limitations of CEO and find solutions and best practices

Requirements
High-level communication skills and responsiveness
Exceptional handle on English language, written and spoken
