Job Description

Our company is looking for an experienced Admin VA with a minimum of 1+ years of experience working in the Amazon US marketplace.

Your role would include:
– Excellent work ethic and willingness to work for performance-based incentives.
– Knowledge of data entry and spreadsheets.
– Working with computers (Windows OS).
– Excellent in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
– Good organizational skills
– Problem-solving skills and taking initiative in your tasks.

Prefer experience with the following:
– Extensive Excel/Google Spreadsheet data entry work (1000+ rows and lines)
– A good understanding of menu functions and features within Google Spreadsheet.
– Listing, SKU setup, and pricing for ASINs in Amazon Seller Central and 2D workflow
– More in-depth role potential if you excel at the tasks above.
– One or more certificates in data entry and managing spreadsheet data-related fields.

Bonus point if you know how to code in Python and know of any data manipulation modules.

Job responsibilities:
– Contribute to making a system to track a large number of orders that are confirmed and canceled after they are placed.
– Contribute to making a system to keep track of receiving inventory, dates of deliveries, and inventory leakage.
– Data entry in Google Spreadsheet and know how to use formulas to increase efficiency.
– Take on additional tasks as given from time to time.
– Plot bar graphs, line charts, and pie charts as needed.
– Scraping data from websites.
– Managing a repricer
– Follow instructions as given
