——— About the Role ———
At Rapid Diligence, we provide world-class due diligence services for SMB (small to medium-sized business) buyers across the globe.

Currently, we are looking for a qualified sales professional to join our team. The job pays $400 USD / month for the first three months. After that, you will be gradually introduced to a generous profit sharing program. This is a full time role at 40 hours per week.

——— Day to day Responsibilities ———
• You will be expected to join intro calls with leads / potential clients. For the first few months, your role during these calls will be simply to listen in and take notes. This will allow you a better understanding of our clients’ needs and appropriately follow up with relevant information. Some days, there may be hours worth of calls to listen in on. On other days, there may be none. A few months in, if you get to a point where you are able to take on these calls yourself, your compensation will be bumped up accordingly.

• Your primary role will be nurturing leads within our Sales CRM and ultimately converting these leads to sales. You will not be expected to do mass cold emailing right now but rather, you will be working with qualified leads who have demonstrated an interest in our services. Your follow up responsibilities will primarily be via email but may also consist of texting and calling leads through a provided company phone line so impeccable written and spoken English is of the utmost importance.

• At the end of each work day, we will have a catch up call to go over open leads, converted clients, and more.

• As part of this role, you may also be asked to work on formatting and putting together deliverables for existing clients. Any proficiencies in Google Sheets (Excel) and Google Slides (PowerPoint) is a huge bonus.

——— Requirements for this Role ———
• Our team is based in Houston and most of our clients are within the US so this role will require you to work 9am to 5pm Central Time. Some days, you may be allowed to clock in or out earlier but this will be the general expectation.

• Your spoken and written English skills must be top-notch. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients and diligently follow up will be the greatest indicator of success in this role.

• Your willingness to follow directions diligently but also take lead when needed. You will be the first sales hire on this team so we will need to figure out some things as we go. Your ability to follow directions but also ask questions when something does not make sense will be vital.

——— Nice to Haves ———
• Experience with Google Sheets (Excel) and Google Slides (PowerPoint) is a huge bonus but not required. It will allow you to grow into a leadership position as we continue to grow our team even beyond just sales. It will also allow you to remain full-time when there are not as many leads.

• (Bonus) If you have any B2B sales experience, this will be a huge bonus, as well as experience working with a Sales CRM platform. Any M&A experience will also be a big plus but is not required or expected.
