Job Description

We are looking for Administration and CSR Virtual Talent to join our team. You will be working closely with the managing directors, the position is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day logistics of running the organization, with a focus on creative administration and content creation.

Responsibilities:
-Coordinate office administration tasks and schedule management.
-Summarize sessions through creative video editing and transform them into written summary notes.
-Input new clients into HubSpot and maintain the CRM system
-Perform accurate and efficient data entry from Excel spreadsheets.
-Create visually appealing certificates, quizzes, and documents using Canva, Word, and Excel.
-Collaborate on developing clear and visually appealing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
-Handle customer service emails, including refunds and troubleshooting.
-Respond promptly to inquiries on the business Facebook Page and website contact form.
-Manage and organize spreadsheets, presentations, and data entry tasks.
-Assist with inbound call inquiries and sales appointment setting.
-Create engaging graphics using Canva and Picmonkey.
-Contribute to social media marketing efforts, including scheduling and content creation.
-Generate leads on LinkedIn.

Desirable Qualifications and Skills Required:
-3 years of previous experience in a similar role/industry, showcasing your creative abilities.
-Embrace a dynamic work environment, leveraging your passion for coaching, mining, administration, and graphics.
-Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
-Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs, enabling you to explore innovative ways to present information.
-Experience using CRMs, with a preference for expertise in HubSpot.
-Familiarity with Asana Project Management, leveraging creativity in task organization and collaboration.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, emphasizing your ability to express ideas creatively.
-Highly organized, with a track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects.
-Fast and stable internet connection to support seamless creative collaboration.
-Proficiency in software tools such as Cliniko, JustCall, Zapier, Gift Up, Canva, AI chat GPT, and more, showcasing your adaptability and willingness to explore new creative platforms.
