Administration Support:
– Email Management and organisation

– EDM creation and support
– Form buildouts
– Email Marketing
– Website updates
– Podcast scheduling
Client Support:
– Work alongside clients to support them with administration tasks and operations
– Ensure meeting deadlines and expectations
– Strong communication skills
Operation Support:
– Business Strategy
– Lead management
– Payment gateway management
– SOP buildouts
– CRM Management
– Platform buildouts and maintenance
– Zapier support
Requirements:
– Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
– Proven experience in administration and operational tasks
– Strong communication skills
– Strategic thinking
– Proficiency in ClickUp, Dubsado, and Zapier
– Excellent writing skills for creating engaging blogs, EDM campaigns, and customer support
– Passionate, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
– Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
– Familiarity with tools like Canva, Flodesk, Google Workspace, Google Sites, Squarespace, Shopify

We utilise ClickUp, a project management tool, to streamline our processes and collaborate efficiently. Familiarity with how to use this tool is essential.
