Position Overview: The Administration Assistant will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the company. The successful candidate will assist in various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office and contribute to maintaining a productive work environment. Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing emails and calendars.
2. Organise and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in document management.
3. Assist with data entry tasks, such as updating databases, spreadsheets, and other records.
4. Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication and streamline administrative processes.
5. Assist with special projects and events as needed, providing administrative support to various departments.
6. Research & Collate information for projects at hand across a fleet of different businesses.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field are a plus.
• Proven experience in an administrative role or similar capacity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer service-oriented approach.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Willingness to have tracking software of computer.
• Willing to undergo English & Wi-Fi tests.
• Must be available minimum 20 hours a week.
• Must have own computer and stable internet connection.
