You’ll play an essential role in our storytelling process, collaborating with our in-house journalists and liaising with various media organizations to bring powerful narratives to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the publishing process of stories written by our journalists, ensuring they are appropriately formatted and accompanied by correctly positioned images.
Serve as the critical link between our journalists and media publishers, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Manage formatting requirements, ensuring stories and images meet the expectations of diverse media organizations.
Adhere to and implement our story posting process, maintaining consistency and accuracy.
Collaborate with our team to refine our processes and improve efficiency.
Utilize tools like Microsoft Word and image editing software to prepare and refine articles and images.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within media, publishing, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, and image editing software. Some experience using ChatGPT
Excellent written communication skills, with attention to detail.
Familiarity with content management systems and publication processes.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Comfortable with remote communication tools and the ability to work in a virtual environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Experience in handling confidential information with discretion.
