The Position: Administration Assistant/Systems Champion
We’re expanding our friendly Administration team and are seeking a motivated individual to join us remotely in a split role. As an integral part of our team, you will collaborate closely with the Customer Experience Coordinator/Administration Manager and company Director, contributing to a dynamic and rewarding work environment. Your income will reflect your experience, and opportunities for growth within the company abound.
Work Hours: Australian (NSW) Time
Start: 8:30 am
Finish: 5:00 pm
Lunch: 30 mins
Days: Mon-Thur (32 hrs per week)
*Benefits include holidays, sick leave, and a 13-month bonus.
Result Statement:
As an Administration Assistant, you will work closely with the Administration Manager, assisting in delivering a wide variety of administration and Customer Experience-related tasks as needed. Your keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and customer-focused approach will ensure success in this role.
As a Systems Champion, you will work directly with one of the Directors and a consultant approximately 2 days per week, documenting systems using the Systemology principle as a short-term (3 months) project, then maintaining/upgrading the systems long-term as your Customer Experience/ Admin Assistant role expands to fill 4 days per week in total.
Responsibilities:
Actively participate in all Administration, Customer Experience, and Systems Documenting operations
Create clear, accurate reports within set time frames as directed
Liaise with the Customer Experience Coordinator/Administration Manager daily
Maintain daily time and task records and share with your Manager daily/weekly
Record and share data as requested by your Manager
Assist with Administration tasks as directed by your Manger
Be an active learner/ protoge to your Manager, so you can take over if they are absent
Be pro-active, highly organised and a team-player at all times
Position Requirements:
Experience in a similar role, ideally in Landscape Construction or building with an Australian company
Proficient with Google Suite (Sheets, Pages, etc.)
Experience with Systems documentation is advantageous
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset
Proactive, future-focused mindset
Positive attitude towards change and problem-solving
A quiet office space, without distractions during work time
Appropriate hardware and software (we use Apple Hardware and Google Suite software)
You will need two screens minimum
