Administration Superstar | Shopify Store Building & Setup

We are a rapidly growing e-commerce company specializing in Shopify. We pride ourselves on creating awesome online brands that people love, and we’re looking for a talented Shopify Store Builder to join our team and help launch new stores.

Responsibilities:

– Launch new Shopify stores, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.
– Set up and configure new stores, including theme customization, app integration, and product setup.
– Open and manage accounts for each new store, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
– Liaise with different departments, such as graphic design, to obtain required files and assets for store setup.
– Ensure all new stores are compliant with Google’s guidelines, optimizing for SEO and adhering to best practices.

– Fast working speed: Ability to work quickly and efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
– Strong attention to detail: Meticulous in ensuring every aspect of the store setup is executed flawlessly.
– Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with different departments and external partners.
– Proactive problem-solver: Ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they arise.
– Have an eye for design, to spot when something looks off.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in building and launching Shopify stores OR a similar type of role.
– Familiarity with Shopify’s platform, including themes, apps, and customization options.
– Understanding of e-commerce best practices.
– An eye for design and apperance
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
