Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative and Bookkeeping Specialist proficient in Zoho Books. The ideal candidate will have exceptional administrative and bookkeeping experience, focusing on processing daily payments, reconciling accounts, and providing outstanding customer service to clients. Additionally, this role involves managing client accounts, including addressing breaches, so a firm and systematic approach is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily Payment Processing:
Use Zoho Books to process daily payments accurately and efficiently.
Match payments with outstanding invoices and update records.

Client Account Management:
Maintain client accounts and records with meticulous attention to detail.
Address any breaches or issues related to client accounts promptly and professionally.

Client Inquiries and Support:
Respond to client inquiries via email and phone regarding their accounts.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries effectively.

Zoho CRM Utilization:
Utilize the Zoho CRM system to access detailed client information and case histories.
Ensure that client cases are handled systematically and in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative and bookkeeping roles.
Proficiency in Zoho Books and other relevant accounting software.
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detailed-oriented and highly organised.
Ability to handle sensitive client inquiries and breaches with professionalism and firmness.
Familiarity with CRM systems and their use in client management.

Location:
The office is based in Queensland, Australia – Permanent day shift.
Schedule:
9 AM to 5 PM (QLD Time Zone)
Minimum 37.5-hour working week.
Monday to Friday
