We are on the lookout for a dedicated and organized Administrative and Content Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support various administrative and content-related tasks to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will handle personal tasks, maintain our websites, set up weekly meeting notes, and prepare and QA blog posts.
Compensation: Starting at $7 / hour for 40 hours a week, and will be reviewed after 6 months.
Start Date: Immediately
Key Responsibilities:
1. Personal Administrative Tasks:
– Pay bills and organize calendars.
– Assist in managing and organizing personal and work-related schedules.
2. Content + Website Tasks:
– Prepare, publish, and QA blog posts.
– Maintain and tidy up websites using Webflow.
– Prepare content visuals using Canva.
3. Meeting Coordination:
– Set up and document weekly meeting notes.
4. Task Management and Collaboration
– Support in creating and maintaining Kanban boards for task management.
– Coordinate with other team members to ensure task completion.
– Collaborate with the Lead Executive Assistant and Social Media and Content Assistant to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
– Back up devices in case of emergencies/natural disasters/outages.
– Good camera, mic, lighting, and work area
– Proficiency in using Google Apps (docs, slides, email, etc.), Webflow, Canva, and Notion
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Tech-savvy and proficient in using productivity tools and software.
