About the role:
Togather is seeking an Administrative and Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a first-time entrepreneur and a healthcare professional, I am looking for a right-hand person to help build out the company. The ideal candidate will bring high productivity energy paired with experience in creating calm and organization amid the chaos of launching a new business. This role involves working closely with Togather’s CEO and Founder to support the growth of Togather.
*The below qualifications are expansive, you do not need to have all of them to apply nor will you be expected to perform all these duties at one time, but do need a willingness to wear multiple hats initially with the idea to hire more support post launch*
1. Marketing and Social Media Management:
– Develop and execute marketing campaigns and funnels via Kajabi and social media platforms.
– Create engaging content, including blogs and beautiful Pinterest posts, in the Togather tone.
– Utilize Canva and Notion for content creation and organization.
– Handle newsletter creation and social media posting.
– Manage LinkedIn accounts (CEO’s personal and Togather) to create thought leadership and buzz around health justice topics.
2. Research and Content Creation:
– Conduct research on health justice topics and assist in creating relevant content.
– Familiarity with racial justice, social justice, and a passion for these causes is highly valued.
3. Technical Skills:
– Experience with Kajabi is vital, especially in building marketing campaigns and funnels.
– Proficiency in Canva and Notion.
– SEO expertise
– Video editing for socials and course creation
Qualifications:
– Experience in marketing and social media management, especially within the healthcare sector.
– Familiarity with health justice topics and a passion for racial and social justice.
– Proficient in Kajabi, Canva, and Notion.
– Excellent organizational and communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively, self starter not afraid to share ideas and act.
– Experience writing compelling blogs and website copy with SEO in mind
– Good virtual taste in aesthetics and brand alignment for socials (Pinterest & LinkedIn)
Amazing bonus:
– Graphic design experience
– App or website development experience
– Online community management experience
– Experience with automations, integrating AI, streamlining workflows
Additional Information:
– The position could be part-time initially, with the potential to transition to full-time (this is flexible).
– A willingness to grow with the company and potentially hire a second support person if needed.
