THE ROLE

Your role is to assist Project Managers by creating client process maps, offering technical support, updating our internal processes, and creating presentations and documents using Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and Canva.
In addition, it will be your responsibility to publish content and keep our WordPress website up to date.
POSITION DETAILS
– Location: Remote, Anywhere in the Philippines
– Hours: 20 hours per week, with flexible start and finish times (minimum three days per week)
– Reporting: You will report to the Marketing Manager/Client Support Senior Assistant in the Philippines
– Meetings: Weekly work-in-progress meetings with your supervisor, monthly all-team meetings (conducted online)
– Communication: All communication and meetings are online with our internal team
– Training: Two weeks of paid training (rate discussed at the interview); Regular hourly rate after training: AUD 15.00 per hour
– Monthly Salary: AUD$1,200

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
– At least three years of administrative virtual assistant experience
– Proficiency in Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Gmail, Microsoft Word, and Excel
– Basic knowledge of WordPress
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
– Writing standard operating procedures and training materials
– Business process management knowledge
– Familiarity with Canva, Miro, and project management tools
– Experience with screen recording software
REQUIREMENTS
– Reliable internet connection
– Desktop or laptop
– Microphone and webcam for Zoom meetings
