Let Sparks Fly is seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Administrative and Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role is a unique combination of managing our Terms and Conditions Tracker, overseeing our Roommate Match Program, and enhancing our social media presence, particularly on Facebook. The ideal candidate will be a proactive multitasker with strong organizational skills, social media savvy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Terms and Conditions Tracker Management:
• Regularly update and maintain the Terms and Conditions Tracker.
• Log client information and signed document dates into our database and upload these details into an Excel spreadsheet.
• Create and organize a digital folder system for all Terms and Conditions documents.
2. Roommate Match Program Coordination:
• Manage the Roommate Match Program by reviewing reports and matching candidates based on compatibility.
• Generate and update roommate match report lists for each trip.
3. Facebook Page and Group Management:
• Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement and presence on our Facebook Page and Group.
• Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, events, and announcements.
• Monitor and moderate the Facebook Group, fostering a positive and interactive community.
4. Event Coordination on Facebook:
• Assist in creating and managing Facebook events, including promotions and updates.
• Engage with participants, answer queries, and provide information about upcoming events.
5. Administrative Support:
• Assist with various administrative tasks, including email management, scheduling, and data entry.
• Organize and maintain digital files and documents.
6. Customer Service:
• Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries and feedback.
• Address customer service issues related to bookings, events, or general inquiries.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in administrative roles and social media management.
• Proficiency in database management and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in customer service and community management.
• Familiarity with Facebook’s business tools and analytics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for travel and understanding of the Let Sparks Fly brand.
