Searching for an Administrative Assistant for a busy coach, author, speaker, podcaster, and online course creator.
Basic duties include:
• Internet research
• Data entry
• Link and spreadsheet organization
• Create social posts
• Podcast communication workflows
• Update / correct transcriptions in
• Coordinating with podcast guests or hosts
• Communication
Intermediate / Advanced tasks (looking for experience or willingness to learn):
• Load approved posts to scheduler
• Load content / images into ThriveCart templates
• Load content / images into Membervault
• Load content into email sequences
• Active Campaign automations, tags, forms, etc.
• WordPress blog posting
Software / Apps used:
• Google Drive (docs, sheets, media files, other)
• AirTable
• Infinity
• ThriveCart
• Membervault
• Active Campaign
• Canva
• WordPress
• Avada (theme)
• Email
• Slack
• Social Channels: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube

While the list above is extensive, I do NOT expect a candidate to have had experience with all of the intermediate/advanced items or every form of technology. The ideal candidate for this position will be self-motivated and detail-oriented. I need a someone with confidence and strong communication skills. The candidate will adhere to deadlines but enjoy a flexible work schedule and the opportunity to grow in their role. Pay is negotiable for the right person.
