**Job Description:**
Our dynamic team is seeking a versatile Virtual Assistant to contribute to various aspects of our operations. From administrative tasks to bookkeeping, social media content creation, and personal support for our co-founder, this role is essential for our continued growth.

**Detailed Responsibilities:**
Your daily responsibilities would include:
– Managing emails, correspondence, and scheduling for the co-founder.
– Handling bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online for accurate financial record keeping.
– Creating engaging social media content and managing online presence.
– Providing personal assistance to the co-founder, including travel arrangements and personal tasks.

**Required Technical Skills and Experience:**
To qualify for the position, you will need at least 1 year of experience in the following:
– Administrative support
– Bookkeeping
– Social media content creation and management
– Handle highly confidential, sensitive, and critical tasks; exercise professionalism and discretion.
– Provide phone screening.
– Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion.
– Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients through a service-driven, approachable, and responsive style.
– Display exceptional communication skills in verbal and written formats.

**Soft Skills:**
– Strong organizational skills
– Adaptability to varied tasks
– Excellent communication skills
– Tech-savvy

**Basic Skills:**
– Gmail and other email applications
– Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar
– Communications apps like WhatsApp
– Time management or time management apps.

**Desired Technical Skills and Experience:**
We’re looking for someone who can grow with us and contribute to multiple areas:
– Previous experience in personal assistance
– Familiarity with social media content creation
– Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles

**Work Schedule and Holidays:**
