4 Nineteen Education & Training is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to support various administrative tasks and contribute to the smooth operation of our organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and proficiency in various tools and platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. **Email and Communication:**
– Manage and respond to emails and communications with clients in a professional and timely manner.

2. **Prospect Research:**
– Conduct research on potential leads and prospects to support business development efforts.

3. **Calendar Management:**
– Efficiently manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate commitments to ensure organized workflow.

4. **Data Management:**
– Input and maintain accurate records, databases, and spreadsheets for easy access to information.

5. **File Organization:**
– Organize files and documents, ensuring easy retrieval and maintaining a systematic filing system.

6. **Website Editing:**
– Edit and update the organization’s website with new information and ensure it reflects current offerings.

7. **Tech-Savvy Skills:**
– Demonstrate proficiency in various tools including
Calendly
Google Workspace
Microsoft Office
Asana
Outlook
ChatGPT
ActiveCampaign
Thinkific
Go Daddy
Canva
Go High Level
and ThriveCart.

8. Additional Tasks
– Perform any other tasks related to administrative duties as assigned.

– Social Media Management
– Customer Service

– Basic Website Editing

– Email Marketing

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
– Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Tech-savvy with proficiency in the specified tools.
– Ability to adapt and learn new tools quickly.
– Familiarity with education and training industry is a plus.
