Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing email correspondence, calendar scheduling, and facilitating training sessions.
Assist with executive assistant services such as managing travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Conduct interviews using provided scripts and assist in the recruitment process.
Coordinate and manage calendars efficiently, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
Utilize Google Apps suite proficiently for document management and collaboration.
Create visually appealing presentations and documents using Canva.
Utilize Excel and spreadsheet software for data organization and analysis.
Identify opportunities for increasing business efficiency through productivity enhancements and automation.
Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing concerns promptly.
Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives, contributing ideas for process improvements.
Skills and Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong English grammar skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Google Apps suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
Advanced skills in Canva for creating visually appealing documents and presentations.
Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills for data organization and analysis.
Familiarity with tools and techniques for increasing business efficiency, productivity, and automation.
Ability to follow provided interview scripts and conduct interviews effectively.
Knowledge of HR-related tasks and best practices is a plus.
Experience providing executive assistant services is preferred.
