Hello and welcome!
We have a need for a full-time administrative assistant for two US-based companies. One company is a commercial real estate investment company and one is a medical clinic.
We are searching for a smart, technologically adept virtual assistant to directly assist myself in research, marketing, light copywriting and administrative tasks.
Roles & Responsibilities:
– Research podcasts
– Social Media posting
– Assist with freelancer coordination
– Software research
– Look at marketing copy
– Simple Excel tasks– this requires a high degree of attention to detail & precision
– PowerPoint formatting
– Calendar management
– Team communication coordination
We have video tutorials on how to do all these things, AND will work one-on-one to train you, but you’ll need great written English and the ability to think for yourself. Tasks will involve a great deal of autonomy and decision making on your part. We don’t want to hire a robot; we want to hire a valuable member of the team who can create great work and become part of our family!
Hours:
We prefer a morning person willing to work 8am to 4pm Pacific Standard time Monday – Friday.

Pay: Starting at $400 USD per month.
Requirements from you:
Be willing to work on Pacific Standard Time
Be fluent in English
Have awesome written English skills
Have a great attitude. Take initiative. Make sure things are done right and done on time.
Be willing and able to learn new software systems
Have a good computer and stable internet connection
Have a working webcam so you can attend meetings on Zoom
