They hire our specialized contact (call) center to call owners of commercial buildings to determine if the owners would like to sell. We pass these leads onto our clients.

Job Overview
We are looking for an organized, responsive, detail-oriented virtual assistant that will perform administrative support to the owner and handle some of the operations for our real estate lead generation company.
Language Proficiency: Fluent (not native/bilingual) written English is a must given our clientele.
Expectations:
• We’re looking to start at 10-20hrs/wk of work, with the ability to scale to 30+hrs/wk as we are growing.
• Flexible hours – Ideally, 1 hr availability at 8:00-9:00 AM ET (GMT-5), and 1 hr availability at 5:00-6:00PM ET (GMT-5). The remainder of hours can be performed at your availability.
• We are hoping for someone who has some experience, but is also eager to learn. Our goal is to for you to take on increasing responsibility and ultimately become a manager for future virtual assistants. Pay would increase with increased responsibility.
• We understand that with initial part-time work, you may be looking for additional part-time employment. We ask that you hold no more than 1 other position while you have a part-time position with us. We want the ability for you to grow with us, and to ensure you aren’t trying to meet too many competing demands.
Pay Frequency: For the first 60 days will be weekly. Will re-visit at the 60 day mark.
There will be a 60-day probationary period. Simply, we want to ensure this a good fit for you and us.
Responsibilities:
• This role will require data entry, data formatting, searching for types of leads within 3rd party commercial real estate data systems, pulling leads from 3rd party data sites, scrubbing data through other 3rd party websites, maintaining organization of data, and submitting to contact center managers.
• Performing social media account scraping as needed to find cold leads, and filtering out bad potential leads
• Assisting our clients with onboarding – creating their folders, their reporting sheets
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and appointments, replying to general inquiries/emails
• Manage emails and calendar events
• Other duties as assigned
• Familiarity with building standard operating procedures (SOPs) is a plus.
• Building automations with various cloud based platforms and Zapier will be required.
• Occasional research will be required.
– Coordinating with contact center managers to get daily campaign reports and updating client reporting sheets
